Please arrive at 8:30 a.m. We have a light breakfast available. The session will start at 8:45 a.m. and end by 4:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided. We love it when people bring their water bottles.

Elevations requests the following:

1. Please do not park on the street in front of the building so that those spots can be available for customers. (The best parking place is in the parking garage just west of Elevations at the corner of Mountain and Remington. The first hour is free, and then it is $1/hr. We recommend downloading and using the ParkMobile app for easy payment.)

2. Please do not use the main customer entrance with the “Elevations Credit Union” sign above it. Please use the entrance to the right with “221 E Mountain” above it. The Community Room is on the 2nd floor, just to the right as you get off the elevator.

1. Date, Time and Location

H.O.P.E Certification Module 3 will be on Wednesday, July 23rd from 8:30-4:30 at the Visit Fort Collins Welcome Center located at 7 Old Town Square, Suite 100, Fort Collins, CO. Per Gretchen, it is about a half block west of Elevations, where the Cohort previously met. The entrance is on Mountain Ave, and the parking garage is the same as before. (As Teresa said, Thank you, Gretchen for making arrangements and providing such great details!) 

2. Agenda & Lunch

Please find the attached agenda outline for the day. There will be coffee, fruits, and breakfast breads in the morning, and lunch in the afternoon. Gretchen will be sending out a lunch order form soon, so please be on the look out for that shortly. 

3. Certifications and Deliverables

Check In Report: As a quick reminder, Sally is hoping to receive your slide deck, along with any videos, photos or other communications, by Wednesday, July 16th. This slide deck is intended to guide a 10-minute report out on A) What's been complete; B) What worked; C) What's not working or challenging; and D) Any lessons learned. Slide decks and additional information can be sent to sallyspencerthomas@gmail.com. 

4. Other: Next Steps

H.O.P.E. Certification Module 4 is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12th from 8:30-4:30 with the location TBD. We'll also be working with your teams and the teams from Southern Colorado to schedule the Graduation in the coming months.
